SMTE - Secure Message Template Engine™
Valicore's SMTE, a patent-pending XML-like template language, shortens time to market and provides an easy-to-configure method for implementing standard secure messaging protocols as well as custom message formats. And it frees your application developers from having to construct and code complex messages and cryptographic functions.

Using its templates, SMTE defines where application data is placed in a message, how it is formatted and what type of cryptographic or other functions should be applied. Application data passes into the vCoreServer API and pre-stored templates and keys are pulled from the vCoreServer database and applied. Once the message is formed, it is sent to the Secure Channel Manager which secures the message for delivery to the client device, based on the currently active security protocol.
